How it Works:
Step 1:
Raw, untreated water enters
RainSoft's exclusive Magitrol Valve and flows down through the resin
tank.
The water is filtered as it passes
the special Manganese Greensand. The iron is oxidized into solids and is
filtered out.
After the water has been completely
conditioned it exits the resin tank through the water riser pipe and out
the control valve.
At metered intervals, the exclusive
9-cycle regeneration takes place. The resin is recharged with a
potassium permanganate solution, giving it long life and high iron
efficiency removal. Then the unit prepares itself for the next
conditioning cycle.
